However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your gaming experience, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused game time. Refunds will not be issued for game time already used. All refund requests must be submitted via email or in person at the arcade. For online bookings, refunds can be processed if the session is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
